Prices on the website are wholesale and are meant for final customers, which eligible to:

In the case of a onetime purchase in the amount of 200,00€ net, the purchase of promotional items is charged by wholesale prices and not by retail.
We are pleased to make you an offer for every order. You can send an inquiry by e-mail: info@grafikaplus.si or simply add items to your basket in web shop. Each order in a shopping cart is considered as inquiry.
Prices for unique gifts are determined by the amount, which includes a T-shirt and print images or text on a shirt without any additional formatting. Because of the very different requirements of printing, we send you an offer to approve or reject and if you don’t answer to our offer that automatically means that you have refused the offer.
Each purchase set in a shopping cart is considered as inquiry and in the shortest possible time we will inform you about delivery time and price.

Ordered goods are quickly, safely and reliably delivered by our contract partner the Post of Slovenia, the delivery cost is 4,64€. At a onetime purchase over the amount of 50.00 € the cost of delivery in Slovenia area is free. Packaging and packing are not charged. All products will be sent as soon as possible, goods on stock are sent within three days. In case that any ordered product is currently not on stock, we will inform you by email or phone.

The price for OUTLET products is valid only for orders via the online store.

Maintenance of printed products

All the products in our offer are carefully selected and represent top quality in its industry. Items are printed in technology transfer at 195 °C, because of that we recommend ironing on the back side of the print, unless the instructions on the shirt does not say otherwise.
Washing temperature should not exceed 40 °C, unless the instructions on the shirt does not say otherwise. Drying should be carried out at normal temperatures. Items shouldn’t be exposed to lengthy and direct influence of the sun. If you follow our tips, which are also attached to the article, you will be proud on your product long time. Ironing is recommended only from the back of shirts.
Beer mugs and ceramic cups can freely be washed in the dishwasher.

Materials for printing on unique gifts

For printing our unique gifts, as well as your own designed unique gifts, we use the highest quality materials which are also used for our own needs.
So the T-shirts 180g/m2are made of quality 100% cotton. The collar is ribbed by adding elastane to improve the elasticity and shape. T-shirt has tubular knit, which means that has no side seams (tubular knitting is only for men T-shirts).

  • Mugs and cups are ceramic, printing fastness to washing in the dishwasher.
  • Ties are made of polyester.
  • Hats are made of cotton and are trendy.
  • Cotton bags come in different sizes and shapes with long handle.
  • Apron with extension cut made of 100% cotton.
  • Hoodie 295 g/m2 made of 50% combed twisted cotton and 50% polyester, in the central part kangaroo pocket with double-layer hood with a drawstring.
  • Umbrella with diameter of 126 cm is made of polyester with a flat wooden handle with manual opening, this is so called golf umbrella.

General terms of sales

Payment of the delivered goods is done at delivery.

All prices are in Euros and apply until prices change. Products are available until stocks run out by the supplier. We reserve the right to change prices daily, unless otherwise is specified (such as campaigns and special discounts). Prices in the section of “Promotional materials” and “Digital printing” does not include VAT because they are intend for wholesale. Prices in the section of “Unique gifts” include VAT, because the articles are intended for final customers. Discounts are calculated by net price.

Prices are the FCO by the seller and do not includes shipping costs, charged by the Post of Slovenia.

Ordered and delivered goods remain the property of the Grafika Plus until it is fully paid. For delivery of goods before Christmas the seller guarantees timely delivery, if the goods are ordered before December 1.

In case of delayed payment, without prior warning, legal default interests will be charged.

We are offering the following payment options in our online store:
• Cash on delivery (ransom / COD): along with the package you get a payment order that you pay to the postal staff,
• Payment card (Mastercard or Visa),
• By bank transfer to the bank account (pro forma) after confirmed order receive a quotation, order has been dispatched, the inflow seen in our bank account.


Delivery of samples

The delivery of samples is charged according to the valid price list. In the case of returning samples, we reserve the right to refund in the amount of 80% of the price at the current valid price list.

Reclamations

You can choose and order products that are available in the product list. All products listed on these pages are available until the stocks are sold out. The delivery time for the ordered goods is up to 3 business days, in case that the goods are not currently on stock, we will inform you as soon as possible of the expected date of delivery / delivery. We will inform you of changes if we can’t deliver you ordered items and allow you to cancel the order, replace the ordered item or any other agreed option. Grafika Plus must deliver the goods in the promised time, but we reserve the right to extend the delivery period due to delays with the manufacturer or supplier.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 43. of the Consumer Protection Act (ZvPot) the money returns to consumer immediately, or at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal of the contract. The consumer must return the goods unused, undamaged in their original packaging immediately or within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal. The bidder is not obliged to accept shipments with ransom or shipments that do not correspond to the General Terms and Conditions.

The cancellation from the contract can be sent by the consumer to the contact email info@grafikaplus.si, without having to state the reason for his decision. A message is deemed to be timely if the consignment is submitted within the time limit. The only cost to the consumer in connection with the cancellation of the contract-order is the direct cost of returning the goods (cost of postage).

You begin the return process by completing the refund form.

The buyer has no right to return goods in cases where goods have been manufactured in accordance with precise instructions from the client. The cost of re-sending goods is borne by the renderer.
In order to facilitate the return of the purchase or exchange of goods, we ask the user / buyer to fill in the form for the exchange of goods and send it together with the goods to the head office of the company.

Concluded contracts are stored in writing at the company headquarters. A copy of the contract the buyer may request in writing.

The buyer can return the goods if it does not have the properties that the seller has explicitly promised, if the seller sent the wrong product in the wrong quantity, color or otherwise deviate from the contract. The buyer can advertise the goods within 8 days of the purchase and requests immediate replacement or refund. The complaint must be submitted in writing with an explanation, or at wholesale with the record of the damaged goods. The buyer can return the goods from the reclamation by bringing it personally, or at the expense of the seller and after the advance agreement with the seller returns by mail. Shipments with ransom, without agreement, are not accepted. At the time of repayment, the buyer shall request the return of the purchase price returned by the seller to his transaction account (TRR) no later than 15 days after the receipt of the returned goods.The complaint does not apply to goods with a print if the print was not ordered from the seller.

In case of stock items run out, the seller does not guarantee the redelivery article.

We reserve the right to vary the colors displayed on the website from the actual ones.

If any conflicts are not solved amicably, it will be the competent court in Kranj.

Online shop Grafika plus is trying to ensure the up-to-date and correctness of the data published on the website at its best. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the products, their availability and price can change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages in a timely manner. In this case, the buyer will be informed of the changes and will be allowed him to cancel the order or replace the ordered product. All photos are only symbolic and do not guarantee the features of the product. Color shades and appearance of products may differ from the actual product. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
